Our Story
After leaving the bustling energy of Mexico City at just eighteen years old, Luis Fuentes followed his culinary dream across the Pacific to the shores of Maui. It was here on Maui were Luis was able to be "reborn." Today, his coffee company serves as a profound reflection of that lifelong journey, intimately mirroring his own personal story. Just as Luis carried his deep Latin American roots with him to the kitchen, many of our carefully selected beans begin their story in the rich, foundational soils of South America. Yet, it was only after crossing the Pacific Ocean that both found their ultimate flavor, nurtured by the fertile volcanic earth and the warm, welcoming spirit of the islands. Every cup in this coffee line is a liquid reflection of his life’s story, pouring his deep Latin American roots and Hawaiian rebirth into a single, beautifully crafted brew.
